I have a vintage necklace, and i want to know if anyone knows the history of krementz jewelry. is it possible that the necklace could be from the early part of the century? or did krementz exist that early? anyone know?

I received a Krementz chain in the early 80's as a gift. My friends parents had a jewerly store, I think at that time they had been around about 25 years, not positive.
